Psalm 7:1‭-‬2 "Lord my God, I take refuge in you; save and deliver me from all who pursue me, or they will tear me apart like a lion and rip me to pieces with no one to rescue me."

A great scripture that conveys a great amount of trust and reliance upon God.
It's someone asking for help because their life is on the line. It's not something you ask calmly - you are desperate for their help! They're your only hope, and you're so vulnerable in putting it out there.
And you don't ask for this type of help half-heartedly... "well, I meant it last week, but this week seems ok. I don't think that I need to rely on you THIS week".
It's a committed request, and one where you cannot back away from.
