Luke 6: 27
Love for Enemies
"27 But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you."

For most of us you who work in an office, this may be a "safety scripture"... Non-disciples (or even disciples for that matter), who frustrate or cause us to struggle, this command seems insurmountable! "You want me to love them with that 'warm & fuzzy feeling in my heart'???" I don't think so.

If we wait to love them in that way, we will probably wait forever. God wants us to love them in a way that helps them. We love them when we "do good... bless...bless those who curse" us.

Look, no matter how we approach it, we are commanded to love our enemies (ouch!). And yet, He knows us better than we know ourselves, who loves us in even greater detail. Lean & pray to Him so you can "remove yourself" from the situation, so it may become easier to love our enemies.
